Because our items are handmade and 1-of-1, we do not accept returns & exchanges.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
